1. Acceptance

You are responsible for ensuring that submitted information is accurate, lawful and does not contain confidential, sensitive or third-party information you are not authorised to provide. A submission does not create a customer, agency, employment, partnership or confidential relationship. We handle personal data under the Airpalm Privacy Policy.
Demonstrations and communications
A demo request is an invitation to discuss Airpalm. It is not an offer, quotation, guarantee or service commitment. Product scope, pricing, availability, implementation, service levels and customer obligations become binding only under a separate agreement accepted by authorised parties.
4. Intellectual property
The website and its text, graphics, interfaces, software, designs, documentation, trademarks and other content are owned by AirPalm or its licensors and protected by law. No rights are granted except the limited website-use right stated above. Third-party names and logos belong to their respective owners.
Feedback
If you voluntarily provide suggestions, you grant AirPalm a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable and royalty-free right to use and incorporate them without identifying you or disclosing your confidential information. Do not submit feedback you are not authorised to provide.
5. Third-party links and services
The website may link to or use third-party services. AirPalm does not control their availability, content or privacy practices. A link does not imply endorsement, and your use of a third-party service is governed by its own terms.
Website information
Website content is general information and may be incomplete, localised, updated or withdrawn. Screenshots, roadmaps, metrics, customer examples and product descriptions are illustrative unless we expressly state otherwise.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided as is and as available. AirPalm disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. We do not promise that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure or suitable for every requirement. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AirPalm and its affiliates, personnel and suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill or opportunity arising from use of the public website. Nothing excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Suspension
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the website, users or third parties, comply with law or address a breach. Provisions intended by their nature to survive will remain effective.
7. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Hong Kong have non-exclusive jurisdiction. This clause does not remove mandatory rights or forums available under applicable law.
Changes and severability
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and effective date. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue.
