Nothing excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Suspension
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the website, users or third parties, comply with law or address a breach. Provisions intended by their nature to survive will remain effective.
